Team building: Goals
In the period when I have crossed over 1 year working together with the implementation team, I choose to recollect on the points that I have learnt:
1. Perseverance - the way that the team moves to achieve small tasks to accomplish a bigger defined goal.
2. Patience - the times when someone felt like giving up, another team member would lift up the spirits and create a different vibe.
3. Commitment - the way the team was sincere to contribute and finish the required actions in a timely manner.
4. Appreciation and Critique - how the little actions was identified, a bit of motivation was showered. At the same time, when the little mistakes was resolved in a better way.
5. Standing for another - if you hold others in the team close, are able to stand for another person, a leader within you reveals.
In a video conference yesterday, as a team shared past experiences learnt, hopes for the future, a bit about their family or journey so far.
Looking forward to take these experiences and contribute better in the next role.
